You glow girl!
Beauty editor Sarah Green reveals how to be a golden goddess on W-day...
One of the great things about being a beauty editor is that you get to meet the industrys top professionals. This week I had tea in the oh-so-lush Covent Garden Hotel with one of my favourite experts, Leighton Denny. Ive known him for years youve probably heard of his nail range and now hes branched out into fake tan with his new Sun Believable range. Why? Because it makes my hair look blonder, my teeth whiter, my body more toned, it hides blemishes and scarring and it gives me confidence, he says (not that hes a shy boy to begin with ).
Anyway, if your wedding is looming he recommends you tan two days before the ceremony to allow you time to go darker if you want a deeper colour or for any tell-tale mistakes to fade.
But heres my favourite tip: Dont brush your teeth just after tanning in case of toothpaste dribbling down to your chin. Just imagine... you may now kiss the bride. Er, no thanks, she looks like a vampire. Eek!
