Am now 10,6 - woohoo!!!!! But unfortunately this is largely due to a stomach bug I've had for the last 3 days which has meant I've been unable to keep anything down, so I know as soon as I'll start eating again it'll all pile on again! However, refuse to be deterred - had still lost 2lb before sickness on Special K diet so determined to get back on that again next week if my stomach's calmed down enough that is! Thinking I should probably only go up to 10.9 once I start eating again so aim is to lose 3lb this week and be back to 10.6 by the end of next week. I'm now thinking 9.7 is a good weight for me (I'm currently a 12 and think anything smaller than a 10 will be too skinny on my frame) so I've basically got 2 months to lose a stone which is so do-able am totally in the zone!!! Another good thing about this sickness bug is that it's totally put me off food so I'm going to try and make the most of this unusual sensation and really only eat when I'm truly hungry and only eat healthy stuff as the thought of eating a chinese totally makes my stomach turn! So fingers crossed for this week and will update next weekend with my progress.

im getting married on 25july so same time scale as you.im struggling...its very easy to put on and so hard to take off!!i did this detox for 4 weeks with this hippy group so it was a good kick start!no wheat,dairy,sugar,processed food!basicalyy vegs,fruit and beans and brown rice! now am still basically sticking to it but its sooooo hard!!!keep up the good work you!

Well done girls! I'm getting married 24th July 2010 and so wanna go down a dress size. Lost 12 pounds so far and now down to 12 stone 10. Use to run most nights after work but with it getting dark early and my knees proper hurting gonna swim over winter and get back into running in Jan. Hope it works!!!!! Anyone else into the swimming?

Well dpne guys. I lost weight to go from 15 stone to 8 and a half stone. Its hard work but its SO worth it.
I'd recommend sugar free jelly, not eating after 5. GYMMING IT daily even if its just a 25 minute swim as it tones you, slendertone weight belts (the real one - the fake Boots one's are rubbish), if you want chocolate HAVE IT but just a small one like Freddo or Curly Wurly's to curb the craving or red peppers cut up because they are so sweet
