i bought my dress in august and it has finally arrived! the lovely woman i dealt with is now no longer there. the horrid woman who ows it admitted that she sacked her cos she is a contol freak. and then persisted to force me to try on a tiara cos every bride needs one. i was not impressed! and then she was trying to sell me a veil and kept saying they matched when they didnt. my mum asked what size hoop i would need as i was going to get one off ebay and she practically refused to tell and said it wouldnt be as good as hers. she also was very rude when i said i wanted a saturday appt in feb for my alterations. i really am so annoyed that i have taken custom to this awful woman and really dont want to go back there. i will warn everone i possibly can NOT to go there. once i have my dress safe and sound that is! |

I think this is disgusting treatment. It's daunting enough walking in to a bridal shop. I had an equally horrid experience when i asked if i could come in and try on a Stephanie allin dress. The woman sighed on the other end of the line and asked me in a tired voice what my budgit was. I felt really deflated. It was the way she said it really. Anyway the next day i got my dress second hand from Cheshire Brides and the lady was really lovely and not snobby at all. |

Were was this shop!!!! Do they not know there is a recession on, you would think they would be glad to have the business, I agree name and shame them. I would also write a letter of complaint to the store about the treatment you have been given. |
