We used Louise of 'Delicate Delights'. She was absolutely outstanding and everybody commented on 1) how well presented the food was 2) How tasty the food was and 3) How professional the staff were.

My friend, when they said 'dinner is served' the waitresses were there ready and waiting to serve. The line moved quickly and we had two lots of the same food at either end of the buffet table..to ease things along. Tables were cleared very quickly of used plates/glasses etc. Tables were laid with the appropriate cutlery, so people just carried their plates ..and not cutlery, napkin etc. She has my highest recommendation and we're so thrilled with our choice.

She's sierra leonean, but has links with ghanaian, jamaican and nigerian caterers too.

This is the presentation of dessert food. I didn't even see this, as I was changing but I heard people saying 'the dessert is amazing!' Needless to say, I was thrilled. Food is a serious matter lol
