West Indian/Jamaican Wedding cake bakers

Hi All,
I'm new to this forum and getting married next July

Does anyone know any west indian cake bakers in the London area and with the ability to decorate the cake to a high standard?

Any suggestions and recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

I also had the same problem, My aunt bakes wickid cake, but her decorating is something out of the dark ages LoL!!

I asked my wedding coordinators just yesterday about the same thing. hence now they have arranged for us to meet professionals cake decorators to icing my aunts cake
