Have you read her other books?

I wasn't so keen on 'The Book of Tomorrow' or P.S I love you but did really enjoy 'The Gift' and 'A place called Here'. I found the others okay and readable.

Which other authors do you like?

I've read a couple of her others and got most if not all of them on my bookcase. Agree with you on ps I love you - didn't wow me as I thought it would!

Tbh I'll read anything and everything - other chick lit writers I like include Sophie Kinsella, Marian Keyes, Jill Mansell, Harriet Evans etc

Like reading thrillers so enjoy Karen Rose, Sophie Hannah, Dean Koontz etc.

What other authors do you like?

Cecelia Ahern is one of my fave's, I have nearly all of hers, she just knows how to suck me into the pages, I've read a few marian keyes books too, but not as keen.

ATM I'm reading "sister" by rosamund lupton, and would recommend it, its great, got " committed" waiting to be read, this is the follow up to "eat, pray, love" which is AMAZING! can't wait to see the film, but they never live up to the books!

Marian Keyes gets my vote too- prob my favourite of that genre. I also like Dorothy Koomson, Adele Parkes, Louise Bagshawe and the old school Jodi Piccoult.

I too like thrillers. Never really got into Sophie Hannah but do enjoy Karen Rose, Karin Slaughter, Tess Gerritsen and my current favourite is Jo Nesbo. Way better than Steig Lasson in my opinion!

I have a really varied taste. Other authors I love are Ken Follett, Oscar Wilde, Leo Tolstoy, Shaun Hutson, Matina Cole and Ben Elton.

My favourite book of all time is 'The Wrong Boy' by Willy Russell. Stunning.

What other books do you enjoy will be MrsP?

I have read 'Sister' Mrs leonard2B, let me know what you think?!

I read "sister" a few weeks ago and would love to know what you both thought of it.

My absolute favourite book has to be "the shadow of the wind" by Carlos Ruiz Zafon - thought it was just amazing!

I read Koomson's "the ice cream girls" recently and really enjoyed it - quite a diversion from her previous novels! Not read jo nesbo yet, and have tried more than once to start larsson's millennium trilogy but with no success as yet!!

I'll read anything really; classics, thrillers, horror, girlie romances, historical fiction, paranormal romances, old fashioned whodunits, with the odd biog or autobiog thrown in for good measure!!

MrsLeonard2B- I shall def go to that book next if I like the first one!

MrsP2B I really like Dorothy Koomson and although 'Ice Cream Girls' was really readable I was disappointed in it somehow!

The Millennium Trilogy is really annoying! I LOVED the first one, found the second readable but tedious and then didn't enjoy the third one at all!

Jo Nesbo much better in my opinion but I think that's a little controversial!

I really rate Emma Donague's 'Room'. If you haven't read that it's worth a look.
