Hello. I've brought a beautiful strapless gown for my wedding, but want to look the best I possibly can and my upper arms are less toned than I'd like. Do you have any tips or things I can fit into my daily schedule? I've got two months. Thanks!

Hello! My dress is quite slinky but I'm really worried about my tummy, because it's always bloated. I don't want to wear spanx, and I don't think they work anyway really, and I'm struggling to think of a solution now with a mnth to go - it's stressing me out! Are there any exercises I can do or something? Hope you can help, thanks!

Hi Vered,
We have a gorgeous two year old daughter - we've waited to get married until she was old enough to be our bridesmaid and walk down the aisle - but two years on, I still can't get rid of my "mummy tummy" - please help!!!

My big problem is snacking between meal. I'm trying to be good and eat veg-heavy, balanced meals light on the white carbs, but I then end up ravenous between meals. And an apple or banana between lunch and breakfast isn't keeping the hunger pangs away. I get so hungry and grumpy! What are some better ideas on snacks?

I bought my dress before than going on to have twins (I have an older child too), I am now 1 and 1/2 stone heavier than when I bought it and am getting married in 9 months and really need to shift the weight. I have been trying to shift the weight for thelast 17 months since they were born but have only manged to shift a few lbs.
I joined a gym 3 months ago amd go 3 times a week as well as walking every day. I'm eating roughly 1200 calories and don't feel like I could eat anymore even if I wanted too so I'm really struggling to see were I'm going wrong. I've been measuring my waist too and had manged to loose and inch butit's all gone back on over the last week. I'd be greatful for any advice you have as I'm starting to get a bit desperate.
