Cakes - Aberdeen

Can anyone recommend a good place to go for cakes and rough idea of prices?

We are getting married in Aberdeen next July.

Ah ok i shall let you off then heehee I think my head may explode with all these choices and things that must be booked now I thought i was doing well having venue,photographer,band,videographer, piper and dress all bought, oh the pressure! Lol our wedding is at Ardoe house,where are you getting married? x

Ps if you don't have a make up artist booked for the day yet look for one now! this is another thing that iv been stung with as my date has already been booked with the make up artist I wanted,crazy! x

Gosh - things get booked up so fast, it is crazy!! My friend is a make up artist up here so hopefully she will do my make up. I'm starting to look at Bridesmaids dresses now after buying my dress last weekend . Oh and been looking at invitations? You got somebody sorted for your hair? I just need to arrange a person to do my bridesmaids - aargh pressure your right!!! So much planning!!

Great treetops is nice,especially now since their recent refurbishment too,very exciting! Oh that'll be handy to have someone you know doing your make up too,will be less stressful too! I haven't booked a hairdresser yet can't decide what to do about that one as i'l be getting ready at my folks who live out Inverurie way so I'd be better maybe getting a hairdresser local to them rather than one from town,decisions decisions haha I bought my dress last weekend too! Got it at perfect bridal god we are just right on track girl! Haha iv organised appointments for the end of this month to go BM dress shopping!
There seems to be so many companies that make invitations in Aberdeen,I have been looking into making my own to keep costs down but need to seriously make an attempt at it to see if I'd have the patience for 140!hmm we'll see...xx

Go us - we will get there!!! My bridesmaids tried on dresses last weekend but they are all so different so its back to trying on in Novemeber.

What date do you get married? I think i may give it a bash at making our invites although i may regret this decision!! Ha,Ha.

We will indeed,I'm lucky both my bridesmaids are the same build so hopefully they should be easy enough to choose for famous last words Lol sorry I don't like to put on here my exact date,its in july,I'm a bit paranoid as I have other friends planning their weddings and I don't know if they use this forum but I get nervous as iv put stuff on here about my outfit etc and I don't want to people to find out! Heehee I know I'm daft
