Anyone finding that the internet is making a decision over a dress more difficult?

I have been married before and it was a case of going into a shop and trying dresses and finding one I like. Now, it seems I cant help but look on the internet to find my perfect dress but cant find the ones I like in any shops.
Perhaps less information is better than more? Is anyone else finding it the same?

There are ways to narrow it down, budget, colour, shape, your size. Could you rope in some help in deciding? I am often amazed how fast one quick comment from some people sorts my mind out on decisions.

Or you could just pick a bridal boutique, walk in and choose from their selection. That option is still legal as far as I know.

I am just considering trying charity shops for myself, decisions are not really my thing, nor are big dresses, and nor is white, but vintage is, and so are bargains.
