We've booked the venue and start shopping, but everything else is stuck and no one knows where to start.

Can someone help and post some guidelines, would be very appreciated.

Dear Ali,

I know how you must feel, I was in your shoes 2years ago. Simply start by writing down everything that needs to be done and start ticking off gradually as you progress...

This link helped me

LOL i was the same, but now my engagement party is sorted and my wedding venues booked. everything will fall into place, start off by booking your= wedding venue and work around the remaining stuff i.e. outfit etc

Start with a MOODBOARD - An absolute must! Helped me no end!

I totally understand the stress of weddings we are planning our renewal of vows for 2014 and i remember the stress of the first time but by the time you get to the wedding day most brides are almost as good as a wedding planner believe me! I started with a moodboard for my first and will be doing this again.

This way to get to put everything thats visually in your head onto a board and this helps suppliers out no end! You can create a really uniformed look for you wedding by doing this at the very start as you can discover better themes half way through planning!

I used an online one at dessy.com but heres a link to a good blog piece on where to start with the planning, creating a moodboard and there is a link to dessy on it. Good luck you will be fine! xx
