If you were to propose on 29 February, how would you do it?

It's a leap year, which means the tradition of ladies proposing to their men on 29 February is likely to be adopted by many would-be brides once again.

If you were to propose to your man, how would you do it? What would your fantasy proposal style be? We'd love to hear them – the more inventive, the better!

I'm thinking of proposing to my fiance, only for a bit of fun tho because we actually get married on the 3rd March 2012

I proposed to my fiance last February in Jamaica.

It was my bf birthday on Valentines day, but I didnt want to propose on his birthday as valentines day already imposes on his day, so I proposed a week before.

We went to Jamaica for a holiday and I asked my bf to reserve a Palapa on the beach. We both were on the beach for 8am (early risers) and we were the only ones on the beach. I told him I had an early birthday present to give him and I knelt down in the sand to get the present from under the sunbed.

Over the previous year, I had created a photobook with all our memories. The book had pictures of all our times together and under each photo it had comments like, 'do you remember our first holiday together' 'do you remember our first date'

The last page said, 'do you remember that day I proposed to you on a beach in Jamaica - Will you marry me?' and had a picture of his ring on there.

He turned round and I was still kneeling in the sand with his ring in my hand. He said yes thankfully and we are getting married in May 2013.

I proposed to my finace last February 29th. I secretly booked him the afternoon off work, booked a hotel in London a trip on the London eye and then popped the question after a few glasses of bubbly and a wonderful meal at the oxo tower, I have never been so nervous, luckily he said yes!

Run marathon. Something crazy.

I would like my fiance to be unique while proposing me....she should plan some thing very exciting which I would have never thought....waiting for February 29th to come....

Under the Rialto Bridge in Venice..which is exactly where he proposed to me! It was perfect!
