Anybody used Wilson's Coaches in Greenock?

We're thinking of booking their red double decker routemaster bus to take our guests home from the venue at the end of the night. Was just wondering if anybody has any experience of them good or bad? Thanks!!

Hi,

I've booked with Wilson's the other day and while remembering I had to swing by and pay the deposit had a phone call to say it's all over the local papers they're going bust.

Haven't called yet to find out what's happening, gut instinct tells me not to bother and look elsewhere!

Was really looking forward to also booking the red routemaster, friends of ours had the gold one a few years back and service was great with them x

Hmmm, I had a funny feeling about them but nothing I could put my finger on. We're getting married in 7 weeks so have booked them. Paid the £50 deposit but won't be too keen to pay the balance now until the actual night! We've already been stung with our estate agent going bust and taking our £800 with them!!

With what I've heard from around town they will be relyable enough but again I'd opt for paying the full balance on the day.

Hope everything goes smoothly on the day, there's always bumps and rides on the route to it x

Good to know thanks! Think I'll speak to them to see if I can pay them on the night - they're website is down at the moment but says it's under construction... not sure if that's good or bad?!

Wilson's coaches are officially BUST - of course they waited until two days before our wedding to tell us which was nice of them!!
