Is anybody else doing the sw diet, could do with a friend!!!! Done really well so far 2 1/2 wks in and lost 6lbs already very pleased!!!
Getting married in August and have said I'd like to lose a stone initially but anything after that is a bonus!

Hey, I'm on SW too and getting married in September this year. I've only been on a week but I lost 4pm in my 1st week so I'm really pleased. My target is to lose a stone swell. I'm hoping to do it well before then and then maintain it. Which plan are you following? X
I'm a SW bride. Wedding is 2nd June 
did it a few years back and lost lots, met my partner and got spoilt rotten and now I am getting back thinner so my dress looks better lol x

wow well done bridetobe16 thats a brilliant 1st wk loss. i lost 3lbs on my 1st wk. I'm doing the optimise plan finding it quite easy to be honest.
I no the feeling MrsAbbotttobe too many lovely dinners out has made me put on 3stone!! luckily was really thin to start with so dont want to lose all that.

I started slimming world a week and a half ago, I went on wed night for my first weigh in and lost 7lbs!! i was amazed coz i don't find it hard at all! My meals were filling and I was still eating weight watchers desserts every night!
I want to lose 3 stone by end of May.
Looking forward to next weigh in on wednesday.

Slimming world is the best diet I have ever done! I've lost 2 stone 5 lbs over the last 6 months and it's just amazing how much better I look and feel about everything!
Only problem now is that I'm on the last stubborn 7 lb and really struggling to get rid of it - any tips?!

I'd already lost 21lbs on SW before I got engaged still have a couple of stone to loose

Wow 7lbs in a wk thts amazing in wk one! My weigh in is tues but had a sneaky peek a few days ago and lost 2lbs! Is there anything u eat all the time a friend was eating a muller light yoghurt all the time and team leader said it actually has a syn in it. X

i started 2 weeks ago, lost 3lb in the first week and gained 1/2 a pound last week (star week) had a bad two days this week with crap food so going to be exercising as much as possible to get the weight off - will be happy with 1lb loss this week!
