HELP!!!!!!!

Hi all, I am in need of help here. I have been searching the net for a venue for my 2013 wedding and I've come across a stumbling block. A lot of venues do not allow external caterers which is a really headache as I am having an African/Caribbean wedding. I need a venue which allow outside caterers. Also if the venue has grounds to take pictures, it would be great but its not a must. My budget for a venue is £3000 to £4000 and I have about 130 to 150 guest, so a venue which can hold up to 200 guest will the fine. Also the venue can be in either North london, west london, Essex or Hertfordshire 

Please do let me know if you guys know of any venues.

I don't know how expensive it was but my friends recently got married at Hendon Hall - they are Jewish and I know they were allowed to use their own kosher caterers, so I'm sure you'd be able to bring in your own suppliers. My friends had 190 guests and the place was plenty big enough. Also, there's not much of a garden, but there's a bit of green in front of the main building which is nice for pictures. It was a lovely venue. Good luck!

Ham House (west London) allows any caterers. But I'm not sure of price. Stunning grounds for photos! They can put any size marquee on the ground so numbers should be fine.
I believe Osterly park (also w.London) are also looking to widen the range of caterers they allow.
