Hi, can you tell me what your preferences would be from this menu?

STARTER
Hot Smoked Salmon, Atlantic prawns, fennnel with lemon creme fraiche

Warm baked goats cheese in breadcrumbs with salad & red onion chutney

Pork rillette with salad leaves, baby gherkins & crusty bread

MAIN
Butter roasted chicken supreme, veg, tomato pancetta & shallot sauce

Butter baked chicken supreme marinated in yoghurt, honeygrain mustard & menon jus

Oven roasted sirloin of scottish beef, seasonal veg & roast jus

DESSERT
Creme brulee with strawberries

Vanilla & lemon cheesecake with raspberries

Warm chocolate pudding with orange sauce & ice cream

I would choose either the goats cheese or pork rillette.
Then probably the sirloin as I always have chicken!
And then either the brulee or cheesecake ( not a fan of choc/orange combo)

Starter - Goats Cheese
Main - Sirloin of Beef
Dessert - Creme Brulee

OMG i love menus...tbh i just love food!! But i am going to answer from a more 'what will guets eat' POV...so i would therefore go for:

Starter - Warm baked goats cheese in breadcrumbs with salad & red onion chutney (all three are amazing but most ppl will prob enjoy this...atcually i would be happy with three courses of starters!)
Main - Butter roasted chicken supreme, veg, tomato pancetta & shallot sauce (prob the easiest of the three)
Dessert - Vanilla & lemon cheesecake with raspberries (always cheesecake)

Are you getting a tasting session? As your decisions should really be based on that and if not, ask for one. It was one of the best things I did on the run up to the day!

we got a massive list of all the dishes we could have & have narrowed it down to the 3 options. we have a tasting next month - get to try 2 dishes so think we will try the beef & one of the chicken ones yum yum!
