Hi Guys,
Im hoping for a little help, I am getting married in Sept this year, my H2B is in the army, and obviously we would like all military personnel to be in uniform on the big day - but how is the best way to request this in the invites, I was hoping to find a poem or something like that - any ideas??????

i'd just write it the same way you'd say black tie event but fr the military version, do they write something on invites for things he has to wear uniform for?
mmmmm thats not a bad idea, to be honest i would usually just assume that they would come in uniform but we have had a few friends who havent wanted any uniforms at there weddings so i dont want any confusion!
We just mentioned it to our guests either face to face or through text message and everyone did as requested 
Some won't want to so rather than request it I'd just suggest it when I saw them x
We're personally not going to put anything formal on our invitations. I'm going to leave it up the hubby to decide whether he wants the guys in their #1's. If he does, he'll just tell them x

We're putting 'military uniforms welcome' on the bottom of our invites, its nice and casual
yeah I think thats what im going to put, either that or Mess Dress Required x
