We have a thread for 2013 brides but not on for 2012, so thought I'd start one!
Share your details of your big day, what hav you done so far, what have you left to do?
I'm getting married on 27th June at the Athena Beach hotel! We've 19 guests comin with us, only wanted a small gathering! Still have a fair bit to do yet!
My dress cam in today nd I've go my first dress fitting on Saturday, tres excited!!

I am a Paphos Bride also, St Pauls Pillar and Vasilias as you will know from other threads.
I have loads to do lol, rings etc. How about you?
My dress doesnt come in until May eek.

We're getting married 9 July in Coral Beach Hotel. My dress should be ready soon and i can't wait to try it on again - just hope i like it still! I haven't found shoes yet, but may borrow my friends for the fitting and just make sure i buy ones with the same heel height. H2B has his suit fittings next week with his lot. Still need to find rings but dont' know where to go. Where are you all looking beside the usual high street jewellers?

I went for the Justin Alexander 8477 in ivory, I only ever tried it on in white so quite nervous! Will I still like it???
So far I've:
My dress
Amaze balls shoes
H2b suit
My bridesmaid dress
My ring
Sorted out my flowers
Designed and had made my headband
Got some decorations (cake topper, petals, gems etc)
Sorted out my photographer
Arranged the party for back home
Can't think of what else I've sorted out!
What I need to do:
H2bs ring
Cake
Dad and best man suits
Dj for home
Evening reception in Cyprus ( we want ficardos)

I dont think your forgetting anything at all. Have you enquired about your cake yet?
I have booked with Jackie @ Love Island have met her a few times now and had cake to try yummy, i can highly recommend her.
Who is doing your hair and make up? i trailed Renoir it october which i am so glad i did they were fab so i have booked them.

No not sorted my cake yet, that's next on my list!
My friend has said she'll do my hair but I'm tempted to book Renoir, I got there price list the other day and there packages seen reasonable too! Did they do your make up too? X

Yes Rachel at Renoir does the hair then Karen Hall she has her own website but they work alongside each other did my make up, i must say i dont wear any foundation and didnt want to be caked in it as i just wear a bit of blusher and mascara, and Karen did a fab job.
I think least if you book you get a trial and they are with you up until you leave to do touch ups and make sure its perfect, which is what i like.

I think I will book with them, peace of mind really!
I only wear tinted mousturiser so I'm afraid they'll make me look like a drag queen!
