Help from couples planning their marriage

Hi,

My name's Daniel and I'm a final year student at Lancaster University currently doing research on peoples thoughts about environmentally friendly weddings.

I've posted here hoping that anybody who has 5 minutes to spare could perhaps take some time to help me and my group by filling out a questionaire about how you planned your wedding and what mattered the most to you while you were doing so?

Any responses will be greatly appreciated as the results will help towards my final mark. Also, all responses are kept confidential.

Anything from people is great help. Even if you have ieas about what you want the questionnaire is really so we have an idea what matters most to potential brides and grooms so if nothing is set, you can just state what it is you'd like to have

Done the questionaire. I will be honest and say I think that it is flawed. I don't think the answers you will get will be very representative of what people think. The questions are too generic. Particularly question 9 and 10. Nobody is going to say I don't care about the environment. It doesn't make them more likely to chose and environmentally friendly Option for their wedding. I think most people will pick and answer somewhere near the middle because they don't know exactly what you mean.
You dont explain what you mean by environmentally wedding first. ie is it products, the ethos of the venue etc. Just a bit of constructive critisism

thanks caramelkiss. I understand what you mean. Thankfully though my tutor and the place that we're doing the research for have said they are ok with it so our marks arnt affected. We understand we wouldn't be able to make a perfect questionnaire being 4 students rather than a professional research team.

Those questions you mentioned are definitley won't to be taken too seriously cause I agree most people wont know what to put and we'll make sure we mention this when we compile what people say. They are there mostly because the venue we're doing the report for wants some environment style questions.

Thanks for the feedback anyway I get your points. Thank you everybody for helping out so much we tried to do it physically at wedding fayres but the hosts all kept kicking us out even though we asked and said we were only students
