I only tried on 7 dresses. I chose the 4th one as I loved it so much!
I have paid in full already so it's too late, but now I'm wondering how many dresses is normal before brides pick 'the one'??

Only about five! Then went to other shops but was under really tight time conditions so only had 2 days to find one!

I have no idea if its the one or not - tbh I think a lot of that is wedding hype as I know the one I really wanted was far too expensive! I think sometimes its good to rewind and remember that pretty much no matter what dress you wear you will look beautiful as brides always do and the getting married bit is the most important thing!

I say this as I started to panic too but then realised it would all be grand

I think I tried on 7 and bought the last one, to be honest I'm not a lover of shopping and trying stuff on, i do tend to just buy the first thing I see and get it. So for me to get to 7 was a miracle!! But i do love the dress, even tho I liked all the others, this one just stood out a bit more and made my waist look super skinny

oh and in the 11 weeks since I ordered it I have gone thru the whole have I done the right thing, especially after seeing all the differents dresses on here. But I picked it up the other day and then did my fittings yesterday and I still loved it and I know I made the right choice.

I'm not a lover of shopping either. I tend to shop online.
I'm also a plus size bride who doesn't ever wear dresses!

I'm hoping to lose weight before I choose the size of dress. thankfully they let me pay, but order size later.

Soooooo glad i'm not the only one who's started to doubt their choice

I look at the photo's online and it doesnt look anywhere near as pretty as it does in the shop.
I think that's where my doubts creeping in from. Makes me realise I NEED to book a GOOD photographer lol

I'd say about 25. About 7 of those were after I found 'the one'..... I just wanted to be sure as it was totally different to what I ever expected to choose....

After trying on more, I realised that nothing came close to 'the one'.

I went to 7 shops, tried on dresses in 6 of them. I think it must have been about 30+ dresses. However, I kept finding "the one" in each shop I went to before I found the actual "one" which I paid in full and took home the following day!x
