Subject: Can anyone recommend a budget videographer?
Hi all,
We're getting married in July and want our wedding filmed but so far all the quotes I'm getting are £500 plus which we just don't have the budget for. I appreciate the great service they offer but for us we don't need a fancy video, we just want our key moments filmed without us having to rely on a guest to do it. Can any recommend any budget videographers in the Berkshire/Hampshire area?

Ask around if anyone coming to your wedding has a video camera they can bring, that's what we're doing, I'm not keen on having a video but h2b wants one, this way it doesn't cost us anything, lol!

It depends on what you want the final video to be?
If you just want some clips of the day that you will only watch once or twice and are not really bothered about being able to hear anything then I would recommend getting a family member to do it on their handycam.
If you want something professional that will make you feel special for the rest of your life and want to watch it more than once and show it off to people, you need to hire a pro.
£500 is VERY cheap for a professional job, with quotes like this you need to be sure that everything you want doing is included in the price.
Remember they only get one crack at capturing your day and you want to keep experiencing over and over so pick wisely.

Hello,
I operate as a freelance videographer, drop me an email at james@frontyard.tv so we can discuss what I can do for you (it will be cheaper than the quote you already have)
