As its now January and we are all getting married this year (yay), what is the next thing on your list you want to sort out? For me, i really want to get my centerpieces sorted so am going to look in Ikea tomorrow to see if i can see any glass bowls. Has anyone seen any great deals on goldfish bowls/mirror plates etc x

I brought my centre pieces from Ikea - I got the big storm candles and big vases from there - Going to put some white/cream pebbles in the bottom and some sort of winding greenery (not sure what yet though!)

Hi Soontobemrsd - there is someone in the "reception" forum selling 8 glass fishbowls that have never been used (never out their boxes) for £80, think she is in the Sussex area (she changed her mind about using them) the topic title says something about fishbowls, hope it's useful to you!
I want to get my centrepieces sorted out soon but have no idea what kind of centrepieces to have! xxx

My next task is to book a honeymoon! We've been talking about it for ages, but its just not happened - luckily we have contacts in the travel industry, we just need to decide where before we make the decision! My H2B has an interview next week, and if he gets the place we'll have a timescale as to when we can go away... and then we can book something! Also need to organise cars soon....

My next job is my menu as i need to confirm with our venue that i can tweak it a bit but she is not working the next few weekends which is annoying so i am taking another b2b dress shopping as she is a bit behind with her plans. xxx

Im suddenly newly excited since new year as now I can say getting married this year!! Booked our florist today but need to try and decide what we want! - trying to keep costs down, need to sort out menu and honeymoons next. x
