We are using Amazing-Day.co.uk, they are African themed events organisers, they are based in Derbyshire, where they have lots of gorgeous venues. They will definately help you.

Hello Ladies congratulations on your engagements. Yes, weddings can be such a hassle that's why events co-ordinators are there to take the stress off you. I know of an event co-ordinator. D&O events. Its owned by two young professionals one from US and the other from UK. They bring years of international experience to Nigeria. You can call them at 07069131982 or 07030030005 and ask of Diddy or Ollie and they would definitely help turn your dream into reality. Goodluck

Hi,

I'm a 2010 bride as well my hubby and i are both nigerian. i must be honest i have booked alot of my vendors already. I'm using the caterer Mo's Kitchen 07506 336954. I've tasted their food at 2 weddings and each time they didnt disappoint, all the guests were taking about how nice the food was and their prices are quite good too. Mine works out at about £22 per head, but the price per head depends on what you want exactly.
I'm also using DJ Tunde 07956 411441, i've also heard him a couple of times and his good. Just tell him what you want really. The hall decorator i havent seen her work before, but i'm happy with what i've choosen and just hope everything falls in place.

Hey Everyone,
Long time, been so busy planning. After hours, days and months of continous planning.I've gotten some more vendors and im happy with all of them.Im a bit of a perfectionist ,so no wonder my wedding is next year and i've put down almost all deposits.

My hall is the The Decorium,UK.n22 6uh(it was pure love at 1st sight).

My photographer:Atunbi Photography(the guy is good as in good).I had a tough time choosing between him,Abi Photography and Jide Alakija.

My decorator/cordinator is LaTay decor(07944324806).She does wonders with feathers.

My makeup artist is Kemi Makeovers. The lady is known for creating flawless and detailed looks. Her gele/headgear is fantastic.

My videographer is Micheal Ibitayo.I like the interview/movie style kinda theme he did for my friend's wedding.

For catering,i'll give Aunty Efia a trial as suggested here.

Im considering MC Alaran for my reception ,as he had guests really entertained at a recent wedding i attended.Infact, the waiting period when the bride and groom go to change their attires,MC Alaran and musician Solek thrilled the guests to no end. They both put on funny agbadas and had a dancing competition.Total fun.So i will use their services.
MC Bidemi Alaran and Musician Solek.

DJ:Im lost for choice between DJ Abass,Deoba,Sose and Omo Whyte,so so lost....HELLLLPPPPP!!!

p.s:im also thinking of having fireworks..Im so so excited planning my wedding.

hey girls, this site is fantastic, I am 2010 bride, and I am still looking for a venue, as our wedding is in summner next yr, and I still have not booked a venue. I am just thinking of going with RBS, It's a nice venue, but uit is just so common, and I would reallyyyyy like somewhere differnt. However, my budget for the hall is 3k. Any other nice venues for that price ?
