Hi ladies,
I'm looking for wedding shoes that are comfy but have quite a high heel (i'm 5ft1 and H2B is 6ft1!), can anyone recommend somewhere to search for shoes? websites? shops? I'm thinking maybe some kind of platform so it's not too painful, about 4-5inches high maybe?x

I bought the Santi model from Rainbow couture and it was about 9 cm heel.
I wanted quite high (I'm only 5'2") but all the other ones with high heels didn't look that comfi .. bearing in mind I am going to wear them the whole day!

not sure on your budget but jimmy choo, Gina and Christian Louboutins all do really high heels. I just bought mine from Jimmy Choo and managed to get them in the sale so saved 200 quid.

Have a look at www.bespokebigday.co.uk, which is a company set up by a bride who couldn't get the shoes she wanted.
You can choose from a number of styles, then select your preferred heel height and shoe colour, and if your feet are unusually small/narrow/wide, you can give foot measurements and have them totally bespoke.
I've gone for a pair of ballerina/dolly shaped shoes, which look nice and comfy but am having them with a nice high heel, which i couldnt find with that style in the shops.

Christian Louboutin! They start at a size 2 and are quite narrow, With amazing high heels for us little ladies!

They also sell insolia insoles which are meant to shift the weight out of the abll of your foot meaning your heels are comfier for up to 3 times longer.

Just an update....I now have shoes and I LOVE them!!! 11cm heel and so so comfy I've been walking around my flat in them, I don't want to take them off! And they take me just a little closer to my H2B's 6ft 1....perfect.
