We are moving to lyenham, currently I live in Birmingham and I'm just finishing my first year of teacher training which I have another 2 years of. I love my uni but don't know what to do now, I have to move with hubby to lyenham, its the only way we can afford to live together. I guess my options are see if uni can transfer me to a uni closer to base, or see if I only had a few lectures a week I could commute and they could try and place me at schools closer to where I live, but don't think they can do this. I'm so upset, been crying my eyes out, we wanted Brize

Ah hun, dont know what to say! Try not to get too upset, try talking to your uni and see what they can do.
Things do have a way of working themselves out for the best even if we dont see it at the time

oh hun i can kinda sympathise with not get based wanted there are 3 bases in south west h2b could of got based at and they put him in scotland cried so hard i couldnt breathe when i found out.
ask your uni hun you can only but try they may take special consideration because your h2b is forces. fingers crossed for you hun

aww we are in scotland and love it hear but we are movin down to south west of england

Hi hun, same thing happened to us last year, I was in my first year of Radiography degree, in Hertfordshire. Posting is in Wiltshire! My uni were great, they helped me to find another uni, and I managed to tranfer to UWE, should just complete course in time to move again.
