hiya ladies well the time has come for me to start my fitness regime for my september 2010 wedding and im looking for support/help/ideas!
id ideally like to lose about 2 stone but more would be good lol.
im eating healthily already and think i need to step up my exercise plan!
its going to be hard but im hoping i can do it!!
anyone else in the same boat?
