hi girls i look on this page every day and am starting to think where have all the 8th august brides gone there are threads on here for every other date.

I'm here .

Can't believe how close our date is getting - not long now. I think we are pretty much sorted now, just fittings and trials to go but going to sit down with hubby2b on sun and go through our list to check everything. How are all you girls doing? Excited yet? I am boring everyone stupid counting down every day hee hee.

8 weeks to go....or 56 days,,,where has all the time gone? I remember getting engaged last August and thinking that the wedding was still FOREVER away!

Hey,

I was just thinking the same thing and I put a post up on another thread!!! There are posts for every other date but August 8th!

Well Im an August 8th bride and just starting to get excited now!!! Feeling pretty organised altho I dont feel that we have done that much... but its all falling into place, invites, menu, order of service, flowers... all done... need to do table plan but dont think that'll be much of a problem...

56 days.... wooooo hooooo....

Hey girls I am 8th of August and cant believe its only 8 weeks away , I am in a real panic and still feel like I have loads of things left to do and no time ahhhh. h2b is away on stag do this weekend , i am off to ikea tomorrow for tea lights and tea lighth holders got a few bits for bridesmaids today and my mum got my wedding jewllery which is exciting but so much still to do !!!!!!! somebody calm me down

I'm getting married on the 8th August too, 8 Weeks seems like nothing, have spent all day today on the phone to my bridesmaids trying to get their dresses sorted.

Im getting a bit stressed and dont shut up about it now so im so glad you guys are here to help

yup we have ours back we have 76 people (including us) comming so now I can confirm final numbers with people. Ive got my make up trial next week. Just got to pay for everything now

hi! im an 8th too!! so so excited! trying to get my skin and hair into good condition properly now and have first dress fitting monday week. have even done my table plan, just hope no one cancels on us!! lol xx

Hi ladies nice number or replies i really thought there were nit that many of us i get married a 3o'clock so will probs be a long day im really nervous but so exited i don't have anything left to d o really just a couple of last payments but nothing to much had my hair trial done etc and picked up our rings on friday! so just waiting for the day 55 days to go girls. xxxx

So excited as it seems like an age since we got engaged!

All plans on track though, I have my fitting this month & hair trial and just little jobs left to do.
