Hey gals is anyone else feeling motivated yet? Cuz i sure am, i'm feeling all fired up and ready to go lol.
Have either of you tried any diets or been to any weightloss clubs before?
Anyone got any tips, anything that's worked for you before?
Here are my tips that i know work cuz they've helped me in the past:
- Drinking at least 1.5 litres of water a day (it fills u up and gives you more energy)
- weighing yourself each week at a set time and day and telling people about it (if somebodies there to hear how you've done it may motivate you to work harder)
- Keeping a food diary of what you eat each day. Then when you look back at it at the end of the week you can see what worked or what went wrong, plus it may make you feel guilty enough to change something
- trying to do some excercise each day even if it's only running up and down the stairs several times to fetch different things (remember every little bit counts and housework, washing the car, mowing the lawn and even going bowling are all forms of exercise)
Hope those help. They have done for me but like i said i get lazy and give up cuz like you guys i don't see the results instantly. But not this time!! Oh no this is the start of the new me! There you guys have witnessed that, i can't go back on my word and give up now!
