Subject: Help - What Underwear??
Hi Ladies

I'm a large lady (size 24/26) and I have my first fitting in two weeks time so I need to get my finger out and get some underwear sorted only problem is I don't know where to start.

I want an hourglass figure that will accentuate my dress but I also want to be able to breathe on the day. My dress is strapless but as I'm a 38gg I don't think I'll have any problems getting a strapless bra.

So I guess my questions are what do you consider the best shapewear? Corset, waist cincher, or 'pully inny's'. or something else? I also need an underskirt with just one hoop, has anybody seen any around in larger sizes.

Thanks Girls

Hi
If your not too bothered about 'sexy' underwear on the day (I'm not lol) Id go for 'pully ins'. I was looking at Gok Wans but went to Primark today and got some for £6 bargain! I think they go up to size 24 and arent so tight you cant get them on, they are long enough, like shorts so will also stop any thigh chafing if thats a concern at all.
They also dont push the fat up, which I was worried about as I have a strapless too. I know not many would like to admit to buying their wedding underwear from Primark, but they are really good!
Give them a try at £6 its worth a shot. x
