update on still not got my dress

hiya its me again i decided to ring sincerity directly as its like talking toa brick wall with the shop...but they said they cant tell me when my dress was ordered, when the shop will recieve my dress etc...as they have a contract with the shop and not me si it would break client confidentiality...never heard of such crap!!arrgghhhhh j x

Thats crazy its you that paid the money not the shop.
Id go back to the shop and demand to know when your dress will be here or your going to name and shame them.

I hate to say this but I think the shop could be fobbing you off. I ordered my sincerity dress from a Bridal shop in Gloucester in February and it came into store at the beginning of June and that was late ordering. How did you pay for the dress? Did you use your credit card?? I would go down to the shop and be really firm and say that you would like them to ring Sincerity right now in front of you and find out when and why your dress is delayed. Also ask to see the order form that they submitted to Sincerity I think you might be surprised.

i paid with my credit card!!my family think im mad 4 worrying...but something werid is happening u knowwhen u have that feeling!when wud u lot say is too late for the alterations. its hard as i live in coventry and my dress shop in liverpool so i think thats why they are fobbing me off!x

I would go to the shop and insist that they call them while you wait.
It is not acceptable for you to ask for an ETA and for them to say they simply don't know.
I am haviing my dress alterations 6 weeks before the wedding, but there is a lot to be done with my dress (lost 2 stone!).
Anyway, go down and don't leave until you have an answer.

ooohh ladies still no dress !!41 days to go and ive tried all the advice u ladies are giving me!!but my shop are still saying they dont know when my dress is gonna be in!!feeling super stressed not helping that i have got the in laws from hell!!x

ooooh not good. I am now worried as I have a Sincerity dress on order and I have still 57 days to go. I am getting stressed that it is not in. I understand they come from Holland, and I have been told sometime in July. the waiting is hard.

mrs rainer2b wat dress have u ordered?my dress has now been discontiued i just hope this doesnt make the problem worse!!the waiting is the worse!x
