4th July good luck everyone- it's almost here!

Hello fellow 4th July brides,
Just wanted to write this now as I seem to have less and less time to get my daily fix and come on here!
Well we are down to a couple of days and I can't believe how fast this has come around. It doesn't feel totally real although I am starting to feel excited amongst other feelings of numbness and nervousness. I finished work today and after running around in lunch breaks and writing to do lists at work everything is coming together.
I'm off to stay at my mum and dads from tomorrow so not sure if I'll be on here or not - if I amn't I just want to wish all brides getting married this weekend a fantastic time. Can't wait to read more fantastic wedding reports on return and hear how everyones day went and see how everyone looked.

Hi samf, yeas it HAS come around really quickly!! I can't believe it's only 3 sleeps away.....

My biggest concern is the weather; everything else is covered )

I'm in Edinburgh and, so far, unlike the rest of the UK, we are in the middle of a horrendous weather centre-BBC says it is torrential rain from Friday to Sunday! I could cope with the current horrible-ness (ie hot, muggy, cloudy but dry!) but please no rain (

My dress, hair and all of my BM's will be so soggy and disappointed.

Heyho, know that we can't the control weather....

Shivcool - I'm in Edinburgh too - although wedding just outside clackmannanshire! I know what you mena about the weather but like you said what can you do!!!

I can't believe we are here finally either! I'm now off work and I'm just taking a few hours to myself before the hords decend on the house and enjoy some me time and I'm feeling good (apart from the hangover from h2b's work do last night )

Have a great day (regardless of the weather - my cousin's wedding last year torential rain all day and couldn't have seen a bride with a bigger smile!) and speak when we are all married!

I got married last Saturday and just wanted to wish all of you all the best. I wasnt nearvous at all and I get butterflies at other people's weddings but for some reason was all calm and collected on my big day. Anyway all the best to all of you.
