Hey ladies,

I've been searching on the internet all afternoon for Floralytes and have found some white ones that I like but have a question...

To anyone who has used these before... are the Floralyte II's fully submersible in water? I'd love to have them in the bottom of my vases with obviously the water and flowers inside too. Is this possible??

Thanks!!!

xx

Im florist and use them on a regular basic, yes they are fully waterproof !!! you can get all colours, they look so pretty at night, little tip get some sisal and wrap the floralyte in the sisal it cover the actual plastic up but the light still shines through, you can get both of these either on ebay or local florist suppliers which generally dont mind anyone going in at the moment with the current climate !!! anybodys money is good at the minute

Thanks FeatheryChicken and Miss-Loopy! I just kept reading the website over and over and I was either being really dappy or the website I was using wasn't particularly useful! Lol!

That's a great tip MissLoopy - the sisal should look good because we are attempting to get a nice natural look with the flowers, will be having raffia bows around the vases on the tables so it'll look great with that.
I used to be a florist myself but we didn't use anything like this in the shop. Good job my friend still works there and can get me good rates on my flowers!

Oops that was really long!
Thank you again.

xx

We're a bit stumped - did you ask just family members to take part, or friends too? Also, did anyone have both sets of mums as their witnesses?
