Hi me again. Like I said on the other post we went last August/September. We just did the theme parks and shopping. We stayed out in Kissimee which is quiet, International Drive is very busy. There are loads, hundreds of places to eat. You won't be stuck for choice there. There are loads of shopping malls and even with the poor exchange rate now (when we went it was at 1.90 but now its 1.45) everything is miles cheaper over there. We came back with 3 extra suitcases of stuff. My hubby bought 32 t shirts !!!

Disneyworld is fantastic, and Seaworld is a must.

Take as much money as you can scrape together - we spent 3000 dollars and then put £1500 on the credit card, but we could have spent more, just couldn't carry any more.

I have some photos on face book if you want to see.

Honestly it was the best holiday ever - cannot wait to go back.

Go to the Cheesecake factory - its a restaurant not a factory, and they do food as well as dessert - there is one at Mall of Millenia - which is also good for Bloomingdales and Abercrombie! But thats a good recommendation for food whilst your there. Do the evening Shamu show at seaworld, and then do the fireworks. Also look into going to discovery cove - I think thats something quite special. Depending on how you want to spend your time, also think of going to the keys.

The Mall at Millenia is amazing, it has all the expensive shops like Bloomingdales, and a Jimmy Choo shop !!!

We also went to the Florida Mall and another shopping outlet just on the 192 highway but I forget what that was called.
H2b is right about the suitcases. If you can take 2 each then do but don't fill them then you have tons of room. Take all the labels off your new clothes that you buy out there then they can't prove if you got them in England or America because you are only supposed to buy a certain amount of stuff. I spent 700 dollars just on plates and cups and kitchen stuff !!

Ponderosa and IHOP were our favourite places to eat but really every other building is a restaurant.

mmmm strawberry and banana pancakes for breakfast from IHOP. Golden Corale is a great breakfast buffet too - gives you the opportunity to try most things but for a set price.

We were just in Clearwater Beach 2 weeks ago at the Hilton. We loved Frenchy's and Crabby Bill's restaurants. The restaurant in the sand pearl is supposed to be really good and so is the Italian restaurant on the street with the Hilton & Sand Pearl. I booked an hour and a half massage about a mile down that way at a little place and she did a fabulous job! And then walked back. The water was practically bathwater warm, even at night. That surprised both hubby and me a lot since we've never seen that in New Orleans or Texas with the Gulf waters. Also the entertainment and little shops at night on Pier 60 were great. There is a really weird alien dude guy but other than that, the entertainment was really good. Have fun!
