Underwear in Cyprus heat!

Hi,

I am wondering if anyone can help me. Im getting married this sept in Cyprus, and im worrying about underwear (of all things eh!)
Its going to be hot, and im not sure if im going to be too hot in control pants under my already heavy dress. Iv got about 11 hours in the dress, so I need something suitable, and comfy. My nieve H2B thinks im going to be in stockings, suspenders and sexy panties all day....oh little does he know!

Now here is my other little dilema, usually I would nip to Marks and Spencer or La Senza and get some expert advice, but I also live in Cyprus and wont be travelling back to Blighty before the big day. We do have a debenhams near by, but it is so over priced, and the language barrier is also an issue.

I wont order online as sometimes im a 14, sometimes a 16 and i have even got 12's.

What to do ladies....any suggestions :\?

Whatever you do - DON'T wear a G-string! If you sweat, there's nothing more irritating!!

Why don't you try Figleaves? I believe they deliver abroad, and have a lovely range of bridal undies. I got my shorties from there and they were so comfy!!

You can have the other stuff to change into later...

Yeh I should do, I think im just getting freaked out because iv heard its really important to get the right underwear.

Thanks Mrs Catlover64 I will try figleaves. I really like Shorties, they are quite slimming aswell. I think im going to be far to hot in control pants! and probably more uncomfy because im so hot.
I bet H2B isnt having a dilema of what boxershorts to wear that day!

Hi,

There is always good old m&s - where abouts are you - the big one in limassol is quite good. Maybe stick to somethig cotton for during the day - you could either get someone to take something more alluring for you to swap over just before the end of your reception or when you get back to where you are staying.
