Subject: Are you having/had a sweetie bar?
Hello,
We would really like a sweetie bar for the evening as we are kinga having a sweetie theme.
Just wondering if anyone has any pics of theres?
or if anyone can tell me how much you spent and wear you got the vases from and what sorta vases you have? (imagine you are talking to dummy!!)
Also if you are planning on doing one how are your plans going for it? how have you decided on what its gonna look like how much etc?
Thanks

We are doing one, we bought jars from Ikea. We got sweets cheap as I'm a teacher and one of my student's parents owns a sweet shop but macro are meant to be good also http://www.aquarterof.co.uk/ are meant to be really good.
SOme1 had an amazing 1 on here the other week, looked really, really professional. I will try and remeber who it was

Morning. I just bought 10 Jars from Ikea (about £25 in total) and about 12 different boxes of sweets from Macr (all about £4.99-£5.99 not inc VAT) and that was about £70.

We had one, I think it cost about £250 (we had ALOT of sweets!) and it went down so well. Everyone has said they loved it. We could have got away with less sweets though as we had quite a few left. We got ours from a shop on ebay where you buy 6kg and get one free and they were all great

we marry 18th july
here is an idea of how ours will look
hope this helps
the reception room is very small so our table is only small as its going on the cake table once its been moved
i've now added labels to jar lids and bought 2 more jars as the table is small didn't have room for the bowls and things i bought
