other halfs nanny died really suddenly last night and we are both devastated, i was very close with her and am finding it hard to support other half and hold myself together at the same time, i keep finding myself spouting %&*$# just to fill the silence...

Oh Shoogsy that is terrible. Thinking of you and h2b, hope you make it through the next few tough days ok. spouting %&*$# is fine...i am sure he doesn't mind at all. Maybe you need to go out for a walk together, toalk about how you both feel so he knows you're jsut as upset, and then work together on getting over it. That way one doesn't think he/ she has to hold anything back from the other.
