Oh goodness. Sorry to hear about the hen night ending. That alone would be hard enough to deal with.
As for your dad, I really don't know what to suggest. Is there anyone in your family who is still close to him who you could ask, or are you not in touch with any of them? (Would totally understand that, I have been abused within family too).
Your mum....how is she right now? What made her ring your father do you think? Is she going through a bad patch? It just seems like 'random' behaviour and I'd be worried that it was a symptom of something deeper going on.
Wish I could offer some decent advice or suggestios. Please do keep talking if it helps though x

Can you get a block put on his numbers (any numbers you know are his) to your phone and your landline? That minimises the risk to your mum.

Does your mum think he's lying?
Is there anyway you could prevent her from ringing him again? I know that maybe sounds cruel, but it seems like it'd be the best thing for her.

You sound like you are having tough time. Im no expert on giving advice, but you have listed so many awful things that your dad has done. Its not just one thing. I really think that involving yourself in his life agin is only gonna get you hurt.
i dont mean to sound harsh but it seems he doesnt treat you, you mam or other people nicely at all and you should all think of yourselves in this not him.
Your wedding is very soon and if you look at it logically if you let him on your life its gonna cause a lot of sadness in what should be a very happy time in your life.
Really I think he's made his bed and you should let him lie in it.xx

Mean to say thats truly tragic about those children from you hen do, really sad.xs

Deco Diva, im glad you seem to have come to a decision about what to do, and im glad your priority is you and your Mam.
You enjoy your wedding preparations. Your h2b sounds like a lovely man, the 2 of you deserve to enjoy your big day and the run up to it and hopefully your mam is gonna continue to improve and enjoy her part as mother of the bride.

DecoDiva, you poor poor thing...The boys on your hen was a tragic accident that wasnt your fault tho, as sad as it was to happen to them.
My aunt is quite manipulative and she has stolen money from her dead mum, my nana and my mum only found out recently when clearing out her loft. Even if they are 'family' you cant love or even like them when they do this sort of thing to you.
Im glad you have reached a decision and if you had asked what i would have done in your situation i would have done the same thing. Enjoy your wedding preperations! x
