Hey ladies!

Hope your all well, i gave birth to my son 11 weeks ago, and ive tried eating healthy and excersiing but the weight isnt falling off as id like in fact im just stactic!! I weight 12 stone now and would lobe to get to 11 at least! Just so i can be a comfortable 12!

Any good diets out there? quick fixes? Ill try anything!

Hey, i know how you feel with the baby weight, had my little boy 9 months ago and have only just started losing weight, im doing slim fast and plenty of excercise, have lost 3 lb this week so its a start!!!
