Bridal bootcamp pro life

Just wondering if anyone is a member of Pro Life in Paisley?

I joined the bridal bootcamp tonight and am in sooooo much pain!!!!

It seems like it could be good tho, worth a try anyway!

I bet the day after I get married Inverness will start to do one.

I looked at the website for Pro Life and their bridal bootcamp plan and thought it looked great.

I have just joined the bridal boot camp prolife in paisley. I have my consultatation tomoro then going to start it on wednesday. wots it like? i am very unfit but need to get into shape for my wedding.

Im not going to lie to you, its hard but the grils at pro life are really nice and won't laugh at you (thats my worst fear!)

What time is your consultation at? I have a training session at 7.30 tonight, so if you see a small blonde dotting about drowning in sweat and barely able to breathe (attractive ) thats me!

The consultation is just basically getting all your facts and figures, weight, body fat percentage (really made me cry) and stuff then showing you round the machines.

Then you get 2 training sessions a week and one class a week. Its the classes I dread the most

I've not been to any classes yet, I was supposed to go to body active or something last week but I had a major freak out and was too scared to go on my own!

Are you able to e mail me? Then depending on what your trainer gives you to do we can maybe match up?

Blimey - I nearly had kittens when I read this post as thought the anti-choice group Pro Life were running Bridal Bootcamps - looked it up on Google and am relieved! Good luck with it - sounds HARDCORE!
