I married in April and i know exactly how you are feeling....all that preparing and organising that seemed to of over taken our lives for 14 months was suddenly over.....we went away a month after and then had a family holiday in August so i had that to take my mind off the 'blues'....
But if im honest it took me a good 4 months to stop feeling so sad....you just need to focus on something else.. we are decorating so that has helped......
hope you start to feel better soon.... x

I too know how you feel.
Planning the wedding took up every spare minute of my time for the past year, and now when I have a spare minute I feel a bit lost.
I got married on 5th September, and have only just been able to bring myself to come on here. I felt like it would just bring me down.
However now I am starting to feel a bit better, it just takes time to readjust to not having something to plan.
But with Christmas around the corner I am getting my plans started for that!
Hope you feel better soon <3 x
