I have been searching for a band for ages, and have just found this one wich also happens to be VERY local to me, and is offering me an extremly reasonable price! We don't have a lot of space in the evening area at our venue, so a 4 piece band is really the maximum we can go to. This band is a 4 peice, all 4 play instruments, and 3 sing, 2 male vocalists and one female; maximum sound for people and space I thought?! As they are so local to us we will also have the advantage of being able to see them perform live (although this is likely to be as a 3 piece minus the female).
I would be willing to pay more to get a really good band, but obviously less is always preferable! Your honest opinions on them would be greatly appreciated!

Click on listen, and then on the song you want to here, and press play once it has loaded.
Thank you, :\)

Thanks Mrsmorton2be, That's what I thought, but I have listened to soooo many now, I'm not sure what I think anymore! They are holding our date for us already until we see them live! X
Mrs Cheeky: We had to download windows media player or something like that (?!) before we could hear them. Maybe you haven't already got that on your computer?
Just had a listen and they sound really good, all the other bands I have researched with a female vocalist haven't been great - where are they based as I am still looking for a band?
Hi Niki we used www.bulldogentertainment.co.uk to find ours.
There a free wedding service and genuinely really useful.
We have now booked a band (The Brand New Band) a string quartet (palace quartet) and few other bits n bobs from them.
Worth giving them a ring I reckon.
Where are you based? I'm in the Chicheser/Brighton area. Pretty sure they cover the country though.
To get back to topic.
They sound great! I'm with mrsmorton get them now before someone else does!
xxxxxx
I'm glad everyone seems to like them as much as me! The female singer really does have a good voice doesn't she! The male vocalists are also good. That is something we struggled to find, ever the male vocalist would be good and the female not so or the other way round. Or there would only be one or the other available for our numbers. I really do feel we are getting the most for our space!
NickiP: They are based in Essex, but I'm pretty sure they travel all over. They are on Alive Network and Function Junction, but if your interested you will get a much better price if you contact them directly. They have given us an excellent price, but we are very local, and they have also given us a discount, as it turns out one of the band members is good friends with a friend of mine! All this searching, and they were right under our noses all the time! lol!
So glad you put this posting up holly gems.
Been looking for a band myself and on listening to these, i thought they were really good. I also live in Essex, so couldn't get better. I have emailed them for a quote.
Do you know if we can see them in action anywhere?
When is your wedding, mine isn't till next year?
Glad you liked them as well Carter2be! Mine in on the 9th May this year, so not long now! If you like you can e-mail me and i'll give you my details. You never know if you say you was recommended by me they may give you a discount, as they gave us a discount because we knew someone, Actually I'm not sure if my button is working? Does anyone know how to set this up?
Where in Essex are you based? They play regualy in Danbury, which is a small town just outside of Chelmsford, but they do play in other places as well. I saw on their website that they played in Southend recently as well.
