African Evening buffet
What would you recommend for a finger buffet at Nija wedding?
We're having a buffet in about 5pm so just want finger food about 9.30 - 10pm....want to keep at about £4/5 per head (is this possible?).
So far have got
Samosas
Africa Meat Pies
Kebabs - lamb/chicken
Anything else you would recommend?

spring rolls
Dun dun with sauce (fried yam)
corn on the cob
puff puff
chicken wings
pepper soup
