Hi i have just started properly looking at what bouquets i am going to get for my bridemaids and flower girls, I have decided, then realised that my cheif bridesmaid will not look any different to the others. Should she look different or should she look the same, have really confused myself HELP!!!!!!!

By the way i am not having a matron of honour.

What is everyone else doing?

My understanding is that chief bridesmaid means she helps you more with the planning etc, not that she needs to look different. Its you that needs to look different!!

I would agree with Bushbaby. Though it can also be nice to distinguish her in a subtle way - I'm being chief b/m for my best friend in June (and she's mine in Sep!), and she has got me a slightly different tiara from the other girls, so I look just a little bit different.

I haven't done anything different for her for my wedding though - though I might buy her a special present. xx

I have given my MOH a different bo-k, she has 3 peonies tied with the extras and the other bms have 1 peonie with extras, also she has more of a statement jewelery as a present.x
