Sorry if this had already been asked, i never saw a thread.

But just wondering what you've all bought your mums?

We got our mums printed canvases of us and them at the wedding so my mum us and them and sis and hubby's mum us and them and his brother.

I don't think my hubby has bought his mum anything for mothers day for years so i hope this will be really nice for her.

Personally don't see the point of mothers day (same way I don't see the point of valentines day)...try & show the people who matter to me, that they do everyday!

That said my nan would be devastated if she didn't get a home made card from me every year...got her the card & some gift vouchers.
His mum a card.
My mum gets nowt as she's a evil cave dwelling witch (less cave more house, but you know what I mean!) xx

Well we are off with my mum to visit h2b's mum as she is making dinner for her mum and all of us!
H2b and I are picking up some special bouquets on Saturday for our mums and we have cards and maybe I might bake some special cup cakes or something. I quite fancy carrot cake cup cakes with some orange buttercream frosting! xx

Senindg flowers to mil and we're taking my parents out for dinner tomorrow night so they can have that as mother's day and father's day gift (they live abroad so it's pure chance that they're over for mother's day).

We always buy both our Mums little gifts every now and again and we dont go over the top, for both h2b's and my Mum it'll be 3 bottles of wine for a tenner!
They love it and would rather that lol x

I'm taking my mum to Venice over the Easter weekend and lumping that in with M'Day gift of card and flowers. Think that's plenty to be getting on with. ha ha. We used to do our annual trips in September (but that's now wedding anniv time). She's not complaining though.

I've got her a Name A Rose kit. And found the elusive Mothering Sunday card in Tesco of all places! (Mum insists on calling it by its proper name but hardly anywhere sells cards with Mothering Sunday on any more. And I found gender neutral new baby cards in there as well, so Tesco has gone up in my estimation this week!)

We've got ours cards so far. I'm taking my mum out for lunch on Saturday as she goes to a drama group on Sundays. She always says though that I'm good at showing my appreciation for her and doing nice things for her throughout the year so don't need to bother for Mother's Day - awww!!!
