hi ladies,

im looking to get little pomanders for my flower girls as opposed to a pose. i have been quoted approx #30 each for these and need 4 of them. however, i was on a website there and saw exactly the thing im looking for only its silk flowers which im not too sure about. but they were a bargain at just under #6 each which would save me alot of money.

do silk floweres look tacky, is anyone having silk flowers, im really not sure about them.

I would order one and see what you think. At that price I would be worried that they wouldn't be the best quality but I think you would have to see it to be sure. If its not nice your not much out of pocket or you could return it.

I think that for flower girls silk flowers might be a good idea. They may pick at/destroy real flowers and its also something they can keep.

I agree with angel_i for the little ones silk would probably be best. From the photo it looks pretty ok and I'm sure they will be really cute. You can always send them back if you dont like them.

I've been looking at silk flowers online today too so if anyone can assist on whether they look the part or not I would appreciate it.

Like angel_i said, order one, for £6 you aren't losing much if you don't like them.

im having silk flowers for my b/m's as thats what they want so they can keep them....my moh has shown me some silk flowers and they look very real and they do cost a fraction of the price
