Money as gift

My sister in law is getting married and would like to receive money towards 1 large item. She would like people to be able to give anonymously and has asked me to be in charge of setting it up. Anyone have any ideas for the easiest way to do this? Many thanks. xxx :\)

You could get them to open a savings account and do it like that

No one has donated yet cu invites only went out last week.

Were getting people to donate to our honeymoon and little extras while were there like champagne and strawberries, drinks at the bar. People can then donate by paypal or credit card I think and it goes straight to our paypal account so there are some fees by doing it but its safe and nicer than just a bank account. This way people can pick and it doesnt feel as cheeky xxx

We set up our own website so we didn't have to pay anyone a % of the money. I bought a domain off www.123-reg.co.uk then used their website builder. It was really easy.
Then I copied one of the honeymoon websites, with a list of things below. I then decided not to put my account details on just incase anyone stole from it. I asked people to email a dedicated a personalised email address and then sent them the account details.
