I am having - Give me joy in my heart and all things bright and beautiful! H2B complained and said everyone has these songs however I woudnt want my guests to arrive and not know the songs Ive picked. x

We are having the same problem, I want to pick songs that I think most people will know. We were thinking of Give me Joy in my Heart and Lord of all Hopefulness. We have a meeting at the church in March to discuss our service, so maybe they will be able to help with the decision. x

Both sets of our parents have suggested 'Love Divine', so looks like we're having that - not sure what else - like you guys, I want hymns people know, and a lot of our guests aren't regulare church-goers.

The other thing to think about is readings... don't know where to start there! x
