I've always been told that if you wait for the 'right time' or when you can afford children then you never will!

deal with things as they happen. you will be surprised what you can change in your lifestyle in order to manage. i'm a single mum and i've survived with almost no money at times. you just learn to budget your money better

you will manage hun, everything falls into place and there are different benefits and things that are there to help. I totally agree with Vix, if we waited for "the right time" we would all miss out! x

well yes we manage on one wage as its better than we ever could have imaged at our age.

We dont go on long holidays or own cars so we're better off than the average car/hosue owner anyway.

I also know that we'll get child tax credits etc so it all helps, plus babies are as expensive as you make them, do you need a changing mat for £100... no (not that one would be that expensive but you know what i mean!)

are you renting your home m2be?

Me and h2b would like to start trying after our wedding in may, but we live in a one bed flat which we are buying so no chance of moving any time soon due to the market! i think i probably would try for a baby in a one bed flat maybe but doubt h2b would! again as everyone tells me theres no right time!x

My opinion - Deal with it as it comes.
Hubby's opinion - make sure everything's perfect first.

Only thing we really disagree on, can see his point but man is he frustrating lol

Hi m2be I had my first child at 19. I wasnt married (but was with the dad) and we lived in a hostel i was unemployed bf was on minimum wage. I dont think I would have planned a baby then, but it happenend we survived and enjoyed evry minute of it. I am now 30 have 4 children live in a council house and am getting married in July and am a student. I think everyone does things when and if it suits them bf now has a fairly good wage, there is no right time to have a baby.My advice is Do what is right for you Good luck hun xxx
