Dy skin + Make-up - Help please!

I suffer from seriously dry skin.
Even though, I exfoliate once a week and I wash my face every morning and every night and I moisturise every morning and every night. I use Origins products because I am allergic to almost everything else (nightmare).
So my problem is that my make-up may start off OK (sometimes - especially winter - as soon as I put any on it starts to crack and go horrible!) at the beginning of the day, but by the end of it it's cracked and my skin is looking patchy and a bit of a mess really. I don't ever use cheap make-up, just like YSL, Chanel, Lancome, Bobby Brown.. etc.

Can anyone recommend any products or treatments that might help?
