Found out where h2b will be based by the time we get married.............does anyone have any info about it?

What sort of info do you want hun ?
I dont live far from there bowt 25 mins drive but my h2b is based in York at the moment.
Ive got quite a few friends that are based at Catterick and have been known to frequent there for nights out too lol.
Be quite happy to share what I know x

Hi my h2b is posted in Catterick at the moment and I will be living there too! The MQs arn't bad at all in fact some of them are being renovated so you could be in luck and get one of those. The only problem is the turn over with the MQ's they usually say you can move in two weeks before the wedding date but in Catterick it can be up to four weeks after the date.

Nights out arn't too bad you got Louis bar or bar 28 that are all full of squadies or you can travel to Darlington or Richmond. Richmond is only around the corner and I personally think it's a beautiful little village.

It is a little bit in the middle on no where but it's not a bad place to live.

Im in 2 minds about moving..........excited but not. Hmmmm......just not knowing anyone too. But i will talk to anyone so im hoping that will help x

I move there in August, when would you be moving when you went? Well you have just made a friend in me in Catterick lol! I'm really excited personally I really really want to live with h2b rather than just seeing each other at weekends so i'll move anywhere.

We get married in October so im guessing just after....hopefully!!!! Well i dont even get to see his at weekends as he is based in germany so your right, moving in mq is better than what we got now. Be nice to stay in touch, at least know 1 person when i get there x

It's crap when they are that far away, we used to see each mabey once a month or two months but now its alot better as I live in York so Catterick is only 40 mins away. Yeah it would be nice to keep intouch, it's so scary the thought of moving somewhere away from your family and friends and not knowing anyone x

Yeah your so right. Sorry i have taken ages to reply but had a very busy wkend! He is on exercise at the mo for 2 weeks so i dont get to speak to him x

Ah it's a right pain when there on exercise! I hate when I have some really exciting wedding news (well exciting for me lol) and all i want to do is tell him, then you remember they are away lol! Hope you get to speak with him soon
