Can you spare 10 minutes of your time to help me please?

I am setting up my own wedding stationery company and I am doing some market research into brides to be and their wedding stationery buying habits.
If you could spare 10 minutes of your time to help me that would be great.

I'm not advertising anything, I just need your opinions.

It asks questions about where you are getting married, if you have a theme/colour for your wedding, what your invites are like etc.
I won't be sharing any of your answers or personal contact details with anyone else.
